REDeLEARN respects your right to privacy and is committed to protecting your personal information. This Privacy Policy outlines how REDeLEARN collects, uses and manages your personal information.
We respect the importance of your privacy and that you have a right to make your own choices about how your personal information is collected and used. We acknowledge that when you provide your personal information, you do so trusting REDeLEARN and unless you directly give REDeLEARN consent to do otherwise, REDeLEARN will only collect and use your personal information in accordance with this Privacy Policy.
Single Sign On is optional - if you choose to use our SSO options; Sign in with Google, Sign in with Microsoft or Sign in with NSW DOE the only data we retrieve from Google, Microsoft or NSW DOE is your email address which we use to authenticate your login - no other data is requested, stored or transmitted. Only valid users linked to an active subscription will be granted access using these login methods.
- REDeLEARN collects the subscription details from the subscription holder for the purposes of providing the service. The details will not be used for any other purpose, the details are first name, surname, email and school/library contact number.
- In monitoring usage of the website, REDeLEARN is not collecting any personal data whatsoever. We monitor usage in broad locations only and have no access to any usage by individuals.
- No contact or personal details are ever requested or required from children or others in the wider school community at any time.
- IP Addresses are logged when the website is accessed. We obtain no personally identifiable information as a result of these logs.
- REDeLEARN uses cookies to track usage statistics and store session variables - no personal data is ever stored or accessed by REDeLEARN.
- Those with a Teacher login can access the statistics on usage of the REDeLEARN website by the school community. These show no personal data.
- REDeLEARN does not provide general user self-registration. For SSO, the only data retrieved is the user's email address for authentication, no contact or personal data is collected from students or teachers.
